Managing my subscription was simple enough, and I don’t really have any complaints about the billing because it was clear. I do think they could send renewal reminders a little earlier, though. Pausing for a month was no problem, so overall it worked fine for me

I’m already not a huge fan of long setup processes, so this probably annoyed me more than it might annoy someone else. But the onboarding felt confusing, and the testing dragged on way too long. By the end, it really felt like I’d spent a bunch of time without getting much out of it.

The packets were more annoying than I expected. They didn’t tear open cleanly... and when you’re just trying to get through the morning, that kind of thing gets old fast. Not the easiest to use.

I reached out to Rootine Vitamins a couple times about my order and didnt get any real help. I got the automatic email right away, but after that it was basically silence.
Its frustrating when a company is quick to take your order but then disappears when you need support. Based on my experience, I wouldnt order from them again.

I’ve been liking Rootine vitamins so far, honestly. They’re not the cheapest option out there, but, for what you get, the price feels fair. I do wish the shipping, or the refills, were a bit cheaper though. Overall, it feels like a good value, especially if you actually stick with taking them.

I tried Rootine vitamins for a couple of months, i didn’t feel much of a difference. I was hoping I’d have better energy or at least not wake up feeling so tired, but my mornings felt pretty much the same as always.

The whole “personalized” angle sounded nice, but I’m always a little skeptical when companies make everything sound super polished and science-y. In my case, whatever benefits they were talking about just didn’t really show up.

For the price, I expected more. After a while it felt like I was just paying a lot for tiny little packets that weren’t doing much, so I canceled and moved on...

The vitamins seem fine, but the shipping was really slow and the tracking barely updated the whole time.
